Felix M. Montes, Ph.D.

Dr. Felix Montes, an IDRA education associate, has pioneered the use of technology in schools. He conducts evaluations of educational programs designed to improve educational quality and opportunity for all children, especially those with a minority language background. He holds a doctorate in educational psychology with a concentration in measurement and research of learning in the early years. He is proficient in English and Spanish.
