Frances Guzmán, M.Ed.

Frances M. Guzmán, an education associate, has more than 30 years experience in education – from early childhood to adult programs. Her content area expertise includes family involvement, staff and leadership development, equity and administration development. She also provides technical assistance to campuses participating IDRA’s Coca-Cola Valued Youth Program. She has taught at the pre-kindergarten, primary, secondary and college levels; served as the director of professional development for a major metropolitan school district in Texas; and worked in administration, supervision and evaluation of elementary campuses and district-wide Title VII programs.
