Silvia Valencia, MBA, was born and raised in El Salvador. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and an MBA with a concentration in finance. After 10 years of experience in professional office positions and a track record of strong performance in high-volume, high-pressure environments, Silvia joined IDRA in 2018 to provide administrative support in research, evaluation and communications. Her work helps connect IDRA’s mission to the communities we serve through storytelling, social media and engagement. From managing content that highlights community voices to supporting fundraising and outreach efforts, she plays a key role in sharing the impact of our programs and ensuring that stories of opportunity, leadership and learning reach a wider audience. Mrs. Valencia is bilingual in English and Spanish.
