Silvia Valencia, MBA, was born and raised in El Salvador. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a MBA with a concentration in finance. After 10 years of experience in professional office positions and a track record of strong performance in high-volume, high-pressure environments Silvia joined IDRA in 2018 to provide administrative support in research, evaluation and communications. Mrs. Valencia is bilingual in English and Spanish.
