Curriculum Writer Contract Position

Job Description
IDRA is seeking a curriculum writer consultant who can help to refine and format curriculum for an original policy advocacy training program. Duties include:
- Review surveys, exit interviews and feedback of former program participants to understand how training program curriculum should be refined to meet the diverse learning needs of program participants.
- Work with IDRA staff to develop concise articulations of the goals and learning objectives of the training program and each learning module.
- In close consultation with IDRA staff, update existing training program curriculum, including by:
- developing scope and sequence components and concept scaffolding
- developing activities to measure learning
- identifying ways to spread curriculum across learning modalities
- Prepare final curriculum for transfer to accessible online learning platforms.
Experience and Qualifications
Have at least two years of experience in curriculum writing and design. Experience with designing professional development curriculum preferred.
