San Antonio STEM Youth Summit

STEM Youth Summit banner 2025

More than ever, there’s a global priority of preparing students for STEM college and careers at the secondary level with high-quality experiences that increase career awareness and help cultivate relationships, mentorships, and work-based experiences in our region. Our goals are to:

  • Broaden STEM career awareness (including DoD career pathways)
  • Connect middle & high school students directly with mentors in our local community (DoD and industry leaders will be present at the summit for networking activities)
  • Provide hands-on workshops to develop leadership and soft skills (critical business skills) training and development opportunities.

Last year’s STEM Youth Summit was a huge success. This year, we expect to serve 200 to 300 middle and high school students in our region.

Teachers, counselors, club sponsors, etc.: Please complete the interest form.

Students: We want students leading this event, so please contact Dr. G (Dr. Stephanie Garcia) if you’d like to volunteer. We have many different positions open and possibly booths and activities you could lead!
