The U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights released its long-awaited guidance on race and school programing in August 2023. Join IDRA’s Morgan Craven, J.D., and Paige Duggins-Clay, J.D., in unpacking and applying OCR’s guidance, including an overview of the applicable legal standards, discussion of the hypotheticals utilized in the guidance, and policy recommendations for school leaders.
